Tailored Software Engineering
Robust, scalable systems built by senior engineers who treat every line as craft.
Engineer efficient, scalable digital solutions
From the first strategy consultation through to roll-out and post-launch support, the same senior team stays on the work. We build corporate web platforms, internal business systems, warehouse and operations tooling, e-commerce, and campaign microsites — each researched against its industry before a line is written.
Nothing is handed down to a junior bench. Every project is scoped, engineered and tested by the engineers who scoped it, which is why our clients stay with us for years rather than releases.
Capabilities
What this includes
Four areas of delivery, scoped individually or run together as one programme of work.
-
01
Internal business systems
Warehouse, inspection and operations tooling that replaces the spreadsheets without stopping the floor while it happens.
Manufacturing · FMCG
-
02
Integration and data migration
Legacy systems, third-party APIs and years of existing records moved across without losing a row.
Retail · Insurance
-
03
Custom platforms and portals
Multi-region portals and content platforms engineered to carry real operational load, not just traffic.
Retail · Legal · Tourism
-
04
Retained engineering
Monitoring, security patching and incremental releases after roll-out, by the same engineers who built it.

How your system gets built
We build the systems a business runs on: inspection platforms, warehouse and operations tooling, internal portals. Almost none of it is public, so rather than screenshots, here is the method.
- 2019 The year our earliest still-running engagement went live.
- 7 Client platforms live and maintained today, not archived case studies.
-
Discovery on site
We begin where the work happens, watching your team before a single screen is designed. The exceptions they absorb without thinking are what quietly sink internal systems.
-
The hardest part first
The most uncertain piece is taken first, inside the opening fortnight. If it cannot be done well, you learn that while there is still room to choose differently.
-
Working software, fortnightly
Every two weeks you receive something you can open and use, built by the same senior engineers who scoped it. Nothing is held back for a reveal.
-
A switchover without downtime
The new system runs beside the old one until the two agree on every figure. Nobody stops working, and you name the day the old one retires.
-
Full ownership on handover
Source code, database and written documentation transfer to you on final payment. We remain on support because you want us there, not because leaving would be difficult.
The works
Our methodology
The same seven stages apply whether the deliverable is a corporate site or a warehouse system.
-
01
Technical Discovery
We start with a free consultation to establish what the system has to do, what it has to talk to, and what it must not break. You leave with a defined scope and a cost, not a brochure.
-
02
Domain & Systems Analysis
We study how your sector operates and audit the tools already in place, including the spreadsheets nobody admits to. What surfaces here decides what is worth building and what is worth replacing.
-
03
Solution Architecture
We set out how the system will be structured: the data it holds, the services it depends on, and the points where it has to scale. Every significant choice is written down with what it costs and what it rules out.
-
04
Interface & Interaction Design
Designers and engineers work the same screens together, so what gets drawn can actually be built. The interface is shaped around the task in front of the user rather than the structure of your departments.
-
05
Engineering Build
Senior engineers build the system in working increments, each one reviewed before it lands. The people who scoped the work write the code, so nothing is lost in a handover to a cheaper bench.
-
06
Verification & Testing
We test against the awkward cases your team actually meets, not only the route that works. Automated checks cover the paths that matter, so later changes cannot quietly break them.
-
07
Deployment & Support
Release is staged rather than switched overnight, and the old process stays available until the new one is trusted. After that we hold retained support: monitoring, security patching and incremental releases.
